5x Intro to pole vault $160 • 5 visits • PASS for 5 INTRO TO PV Sessions. The perfect way to get started pole vaulting! Introductory sessions to work on the basics and develop the necessary skills to excel in the sport.
5x vault training $210 • 5 visits • Emphasis will be placed on more advanced techniques including inversion and bar clearance, while moving to longer and heavier poles. Off runway work will include slide box, conditioning via weight room circuits and gymnastics/inversion drills.
10x vault training $400 • 10 visits • Emphasis will be placed on more advanced techniques including inversion and bar clearance, while moving to longer and heavier poles. Off runway work will include slide box, conditioning via weight room circuits and gymnastics/inversion drills.
